A historical look at EMA/ESDA vehicle

This is a message from Brian Murphy: The images below were captured in the early to mid-1990s and showcase various EMA and ESDA support vehicles. Most of these units were either built by volunteers using parts or entire former fire apparatus, or they were donated from retired fire trucks. These vehicles often had long and valuable service lives, supporting both fire and police departments, with many possibly still in use today. All the photos were taken with small 35mm film cameras—no digital equipment was used here. If you have any additional information or comments about the vehicles featured, I'd love to hear from you. Enjoy the trip down memory lane! — Brian Murphy
