China Drying Network Jiangsu Shentai Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. has undertaken a research and development and industrialization of the Jiangsu Provincial Scientific and Technological Achievements Specialized Fund Project—a high-strength high-modulus polyethylene fiber production line.
Through the implementation of the project, Shentai Company completed the research and development and industrialization of complete sets of equipment for high-strength and high-mold polyethylene fiber production lines. It broke through the controllable problems of each node of the spinning and high-power thermal drawing process, and the production equipment can produce 80~2400d. Specifications of high-strength high-modulus polyethylene fiber, the annual production capacity can exceed 200 tons. The project also solved the spinning problems caused by ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene molecular tangles, and the single-unit production capacity increased by 10%, reaching the production capacity of 15 high-strength and high-modulus polyethylene fiber production line equipment.
