API 11AX Sucker Rod Pump
Description:
Compared to conventional tubing pumps, our API 11AX sucker rod pump offers superior performance in terms of corrosion resistance and anti-friction properties. The plunger is nickel-plated on an alloy base, while the inner wall of the barrel is coated with hard cadmium. Key components such as the valve hood and valve ball are made from high-performance materials that provide excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. As a result, this series of pumps has a significantly longer service life compared to traditional models.
Working Principle:
During the upstroke, the plunger’s valves close, allowing the tubing valve to open and oil to rise into the tubing space. During the downstroke, the plunger’s valves open, enabling oil to flow from the bottom of the plunger into the vitta. This efficient mechanism ensures smooth and reliable operation under various conditions.
Machinery Peculiarity:
The pump consists of several key parts including the pump tubing, plunger, coupling-extension, standing valve, plastic sealing device (upper one), and mechanical sealing device (lower one). Depending on the application, you can choose either one of the two sealing systems.
