Hydraulic support seal
The seal of the Saifu lever hydraulic support is composed of a sealing ring, a retaining ring, a guide ring and a dustproof ring.
Sealing ring:Prevent leaks. Used in the category of hydraulic supports: drum ring, composite seal, mountain ring, bud ring, O-ring, etc. Generally rubber, polyurethane material.
Used together with the sealing ring, it has the functions of anti-crowding, guiding and reducing wear. It is generally made of phenolic XII cloth, 45% copper powder mixed with filled PTFE and other materials.
Guide ring:
It is a part used on the jack piston or piston rod to support the movement of the piston or piston rod. It can prevent the piston or piston rod from direct contact and friction with the cylinder during the movement, and protect the cylinder and the piston or piston. The rod is not damaged. Generally, it is polyoxymethylene, polytetrafluoroethylene and other materials.
Dust-proof ring: the main function is to go out and reciprocate the piston rod to expose the impurities attached to the outer surface of the cylinder, so as to prevent impurities such as external dust from entering the inside of the sealing mechanism. Generally rubber, polyurethane and other materials.
