Product Description
HS (R) Series Introduction::
HS(R) pump is a horizontal centrifugal heavy-duty slurry pump designed for continuous pumping of high abrasive and high-density slurries with minimal maintenance. It maintains high efficiency over the wear life of its components. The rubber and metal-lined pumps feature radially split casings, reducing maintenance and downtime. HS pumps can be installed as multi-stage series.
Features:
1. Replaceable wear-resistant metal or rubber liners and impellers, long service life.
2. Easy to adjust the space between impeller and front liner, removable during maintenance.
3. Bearing assembly uses grease lubrication.
4. Seal types: packing seal, expeller seal, mechanical seal.
5. Discharge direction can be installed at 45-degree intervals and oriented to any eight positions.
6. Drive types: V-belt drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive, frequency conversion drive.
7. Wide application, good NPSH, and high efficiency. Can be installed in multi-stage for long-distance delivery.
