Wide adaptability
GPY cone crusher has two types: coarse crushing and fine crushing. Each type has various optional crushing chambers. By adjusting the eccentricity, it can adapt to different processing flows and working conditions. By adjusting the rotational speed of the transmission shaft, it can adjust the grading of finished products, maximizing the machine's value. -
Low running noise and vibration
High accuracy of arc gear transmission structure ensures lower running noise, higher transmission efficiency, and durable use. Lower vibration of the main machine itself and flexible supporting with an overall steel frame minimize the vibration to the least, reducing the foundation cost. -
Lower installation cost
GPY 200(S) and 300(S) cone crusher uses Compound Cup Type piston design, which reduces installation height. Additionally, the overall steel base frame makes installation easier and time-saving, reducing costs. -
Lower operation cost
Special designed crushing chamber, mantle, concave ring, and material ensure higher utilization ratio and longer liner life, lower operation cost, and minimized downtime. The positive pressure anti-dust system equipped on the machine ensures a clean lubrication system. No extra grease seal and labor maintenance needed during operation. Most parts can be assembled and disassembled on the upper and lateral side, making the machine maintenance more labor-saving and time-saving.
