A: If we have stock, we can deliver within 3 days after receiving the payment. Otherwise, it usually takes 20 days for a container (20-26 tons).

4. What is your payment term?
A: We usually use 30% advance payment via T/T, and 70% before shipment.

5. How is your quality? And what if we don't satisfy with your quality?
A: We produce strictly according to your request. If the quality is not acceptable, we will refund you.

6. What about the warranty?
A: We are confident in our products and pack them well to ensure protection. To avoid issues, please inspect the goods upon receipt. If there are any damages or quality problems, take detailed photos and contact us immediately. We will handle it to minimize your loss.
