        Our major products include Shock absorber, piston rods, sintered parts, and stamping piece, as well as other car accessories. We have professional inspection personnel for dealing with the inspection work. They mainly engage in the measuring test, metallurgical analysis, chemical elements of material analysis, hardness test, flaw detection, pulling test, performance test, usage life test, sealing test and salt spraying test. 
        We also have a professional R&D team. There are about 11 engineers in this department, 4 of whom are senior engineers. They dedicate themselves to the product R&D as well as pursuing innovation and improvement.

    Metal injection molding process lie in its capability to produce mechanical properties nearly equivalent to

    wrought materials, while being a net-shape process technology with good dimensional tolerance control. Metal

    injection molded parts offer a nearly unlimited shape and geometric-feature capability, with high production 

    rates possible through the use of multi-cavity tooling

   3.Is the metal melted during the molding process?

    No, only the binders are melted allowing the powders to flow like a plastic material. Upon cooling the binders

    solidify giving the part strength for handling. The part must be subsequently sintered to high density to achieve

    the requirde mechanical properties.

   4.Why should I use MIM?

    MIM escels in producing small, highly complex parts that are difficult or cost prohibitive to produce with

Counter Current Cooling Tower

Counter Current Cooling Tower has higher efficiency of the same volume, and offers larger water temperature difference. But it also comes with several disadvantages:

1.The unequal height between the air inlet and the water eliminator makes up the big Counter Current Cooling Tower and its high power consumption.

2.Meanwhile, the tower adopts nozzles to distribute water, which needs high pressure requirements and are easy to be blocked.

3.The entire tower body of the countercurrent tower is a closed structure, and it must be shut down when the equipment is overhauled or routinely maintained.

4.In addition, the rapid loss of water in the lower tank is very large, and it is easy to form water mist around the cooling tower, which is easy to cause the reproduction of legionary bacteria.
