Workshop Fitting Machine

Workshop Fitting Machine includes Multi-Angle Fitting Fabrication Welding Machines for elbow, tee, cross and y fittings. Saddle Fusion Machines for reducing tee fabrication, pre-insulated fitting fusion machines and some custom-made fitting welding equipment. Fabrication is giving desired shape to plastic material with the help of mould at desired temp and pressure. Thermoformed fittings are manufactured by heating a section of pipe. This heating called butt-fusion which is used to precisely combine pieces of pipes together that make up desired design. Butt fusion and welding method is the most common method for connecting various diameter Polyethylene pipes. The ends of the Polyethylene pipes are heated and pressed together by specialized polyethylene pipe fusing machines to form a continuous `leak-proof` pipe. Butt fusion pipes and fittings are as strong as the pipe itself and has the same life expectancy. Wuxi Yuda Workshop Fitting Machines has manual welding, semi-automatic welding ,automatic fusion and fully automatic welding modes. Manual welding means all operations controlled manually by operators.Semi-automatic welding is manual welding with equipment that automatically controls one or more of the welding conditions. Automatic welding - Welding in which all of the welding parameters are controlled. Manual adjustments may be made between welding operations but not during welding.
