Eaton introduced new power transmission components designed for aftermarket parts and components at HDAW 2011. This series, called EverToughTM, enables aftermarket customers to get the best value for money and meet the needs of their replacement parts. The first EverTough component was a new type of heavy-duty clutch introduced at the HDAW.

The competitive price of the new product enables our fleet and distribution. Business customers have access to a full range of Eaton’s new and aftermarket clutch products, and the EverTough brand will receive Roadranger sales and service support.â€
To ensure that this new EverTough clutch is highly competitive and at the same time highly reliable and durable, Eaton designed trims for these clutches for the aftermarket and equipped with standard twin-oil guns Mouth separation system and shock absorbers that can meet the torsional vibration requirements of spare parts. In addition, the lubrication interval increased to 25,000 miles in order to reduce maintenance costs.
Eaton’s new EverTough clutch has a maximum torque of 2,050 ft/lb and is available in both 14 and 15.5†heavy duty designs for all commercial diesel trucks. In addition, this clutch has a one-year unlimited mileage warranty.
