At this time, with the opening of the CNC machine tool market to foreign countries, foreign CNC machine tool companies took the opportunity to occupy most of the domestic market.
b) Quality-oriented stage. While paying attention to technology, the CNC industry began to focus on improving product quality, especially improving reliability, and presented quality commitment and service commitment to users. After several years of hard work, some enterprises have greatly improved the quality of domestic CNC machine tools by establishing a quality assurance system and purchasing parts for the world. At this time, most of the imported CNC systems were used, which paid a heavy price to further reduce the market share of domestic CNC systems. However, when the technology and quality of the domestically-produced CNC machine tools were not as good as those of foreign countries or regions, the CNC industry found that most of the domestic popular CNC machine tools were still occupied by foreign and regional enterprises. At this time, people found that the national CNC machine tool industry has another important defect: the marketing link is weak. This is a congenital deficiency left by the planned economic system.
