On September 7, the Provincial Science and Technology Department organized the kick-off meeting of the national “Twelfth Five-Year†Science and Technology Support Program “Key Technologies and Demonstration Applications for Production Lines for Automobile Manufacturingâ€. The overall expert group of the project and the leaders of the project and the leaders and experts of the relevant provincial and municipal science and technology departments (committees) attended the kick-off meeting.
The “Key Technologies and Demonstration Applications for Production Lines for Automobile Manufacturing†project is the first project initiated by the Science and Technology Department of Anhui Province as the project organization unit after the comprehensive launch of the science and technology plan management reform in the high-tech field. The project consists of four topics. The units are composed in Hefei, Chengdu, Shanghai, Chongqing, etc., and are led by Anhui Juyi Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jiaotong University, SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd., Sichuan Chengde Baoma Welding Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. Chongqing Materials Research Institute and other units jointly undertake. The implementation of the project will realize the demonstration application of the products developed by the intelligent manufacturing specialization in the automotive industry, including: key technologies and systems such as the body flexible welding automatic production line, engine manufacturing precision control and vehicle vibration control system. The project aims at the world's leading technology in the development of the automobile manufacturing industry. It aims to overcome the key technologies of automobile manufacturing with independent intellectual property rights, master the design, control and system integration technology of high-speed welding line of automobile body, and develop to meet the needs of any mixed-flow production of 60 models. The above-mentioned body welding line is demonstrated in two domestic independent brand automobile manufacturing enterprises, forming the automobile body welding line design and system integration capability; developing a new vehicle vibration control system demonstration prototype based on magnetorheological technology; Focusing on the improvement of the precision control and performance of automobile engine manufacturing, the common theoretical problems and key technologies that overcome the relationship between manufacturing precision and performance, and the demonstration application, promote the industrial upgrading of China's automobile industry.
This kick-off will establish a good face-to-face communication platform between the project undertaker and the expert group, and clarify the project objectives, organizational structure and management responsibilities, project regular exchange and acceptance management, and fund management and file management management systems. The program has been sorted out and demonstrated, laying the foundation for the smooth implementation of the project and the project.
