In order to build a filter testing center that has reached the international level of similar testing and has advanced detection standards in China, on May 23, Huayuan Company organized and held an "Expert Seminar for the Test Center Construction Laboratory", and the Aviation Industry Fluid Pollution Measurement and Control Technology Institute. Experts and leaders of units such as China Northern Vehicle Research Institute, South China University of Technology and Shenzhen Huasheng Filter Company attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Wen, Chairman and General Manager of Huayuan Company.
At the meeting, the participating experts discussed the overall layout of the laboratory, the rationality and performance requirements of the test equipment purchase, and the conditions of the air filter particle program test bed.
The project of "Automotive Engine Filter Testing Center Capability and Related Facilities Construction Technology Transformation" project, as a continuation project of Huayuan Company's "automotive engine filter production line project", is aimed at solving the current lack of research and development conditions of the company, especially the lack of testing methods. The status quo, to further promote the progress of new product development, to achieve rapid and healthy company development. The project plans to build a new filter inspection center with a capacity of 5000m2, 20 new sets of performance testing equipment for raw material performance testing, oil, diesel and air filters, and 1000KVA power distribution, water supply and drainage, compressed air and other facilities.
