Recently, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) issued a notice to hold a meeting on January 29, 2016 to discuss the launch of a “double-reverse†investigation on non-road tires in China, India and Sri Lanka.
The “double-reverse†investigation application was filed on January 10 by Titan Tire International and the US Steel Workers Union (USW).
It is reported that the meeting will be held at ITC Washington Headquarters at 9:30 am local time on January 29. At that time, the supporters and opponents will each have an hourly oral presentation. If the CMC wants to join the discussion, it needs to obtain permission from the investigation meeting and explain that it is closely related to the matter and can get a short speech.
ITC said that organizations intending to make a presentation must submit their applications by January 27.
