The comprehensive utilization of the “three wastes” resources has formed an industry. It not only realizes the resource recycling and industrial positive interaction, but also achieves good economic and environmental benefits.
    The plant relied on scientific and technological progress to turn waste into treasure, so that the "three wastes" were comprehensively utilized to form an industry. They will introduce all the acid gas into the sulfur recovery unit to produce sulfur. The company will produce nearly 8,000 tons of sulfur annually and increase the profit by more than 1 million yuan. They have built a new wet oxidizing device for soda slag and a brick and mortar plant with a capacity of 22 million blocks per year. It recovers nearly 500 tons of naphthenic acid from the soda residue and uses more than 200,000 tons of fly ash from boilers. The output value is nearly 1 million yuan. This eliminates pollution and increases efficiency. This year, they used nearly 100,000 tons of combustible gas to treat 4 million tons of oil refining wastewater, handled 17,000 tons of alkaline slag, recovered 5,400 tons of sulfur oil, recovered 6,300 tons of sulfur, recovered 417 tons of naphthenic acid, and comprehensively utilized the output value. 20 million yuan. In addition, the plant also applied the policy of tax reduction and exemption for the comprehensive utilization of resources, and applied for the “three wastes” comprehensive utilization tax reduction and exemption program in Jiangxi Province, which was strongly supported by the local government functional departments.
    The dry gas produced by the refinery of the plant has been used as the fuel for heating furnaces and power boilers in the refining process, and the dry gas contains a variety of petrochemical raw materials, resulting in the use of low-value resources. Through measures such as altering the route of fertilizer raw materials, they use synthetic gas provided by dry gas from refinery to save 3 tons of residual oil per hour, and the annual efficiency increase can reach more than 20 million yuan.
