All these newly accepted devices share a common feature: exceptional precision. Their implementation is expected to greatly enhance the company’s quality inspection capabilities.
Since relocating, Hangfa has focused on upgrading its overall verification and measurement environment to support the rapid expansion of its production capacity. The company has introduced large-scale coordinate measuring machines from Italian DEA and Brown & Sharp of the U.S., as well as a roughness measuring instrument from Taylor of the UK. For specific parts such as connecting rods and gears, Hangfa has acquired comprehensive measuring instruments from Wuxi, while Harbin purchased a gear-integrated measuring system to boost online detection and measurement capabilities. Additionally, the company has brought in British Taylor’s cylindrimeter and other advanced equipment to strengthen its specialized testing capabilities. These efforts aim to create the best possible testing environment for building a top-tier domestic engine manufacturing base.
