A. Producing Process: Strict material selection - blanking - inspection - welding - inspection - blasting - baking or galvanizing - inspection - finished product

B. Customization: The product can be customized according to customer requirements (drawing, specifications, etc.)

C. Special Design for the Construction Passenger Hoist Cage:

The cage is made of punched aluminum sheet (anti-aging, anti-rust, lightweight, and beautiful) or punched steel sheet (stable). The main structure is made of high-quality steel after bending. The bended steel is firm, stable, and ensures the stability of the entire structure.

1. Bottom and roof of the cage use trapezoidal frames, symmetrically designed.

2. The symmetry plane is connected by bending plates, bending channels, and square pipes, ensuring firmness, straightness, and balance during use.

3. The walls around the cage can be fixed using punched aluminum plates, zinc plates, steel plates, or wire mesh.

4. Surface treatment includes blasting, baking, and galvanizing.

D. Mast Section with Rack for the Construction Passenger Hoist:

I. About the Mast Section:

The mast section (available in various colors) is made of seamless tubes or HF-welded tubes.

1. Steel plates are bent into U-shapes to strengthen the mast section.

2. Galvanized or heat-sprayed coatings are available for the mast section.

3. High-quality Q345B steel plates are bent using special machines, with a thickness of 4.5mm.

4. Welded steel tubes (Q345B) and seamless steel tubes (20#) are also available, with dimensions like Ø76*4.5mm or Ø89*4.5mm (thicknesses of 6mm or 8mm are also available).

5. The most common size is 650*650*1508mm, but other models like 450*450*1508mm, 650*900*1508mm, and 800*800*1508mm are also available.

Construction elevators/lifts/hoists for Korea and Vietnam. The mast sections can be customized based on customer drawings, specifications, etc.

II. About the Rack:

1. Model: 40*60*1508mm or 40*60*1483mm, or OEM according to drawing or sample.

2. Materials: CL60 special rail steel, 60# high-quality carbon steel (commonly used), or other types such as C55, C50, C45 based on your requirements.
