1. Under normal use conditions, the cumulative service life of the diaphragm is more than 800,000 times, and the surface is free of scratches, peeling off of the coating, burrs and other damage.
2. The valve can withstand air pressure of 0.8MPa .
3. When the working voltage of the solenoid valve is 85% of the rated voltage under the condition of the nominal air source pressure of the product , the opening response time of the electromagnetic pulse valve should be less than 0.03 s .
4. When the room temperature is 5-35 degrees and the relative humidity is not more than 85% , the electromagnetic coil can withstand the voltage of 50Hz and 250V for 1 minute without breakdown.
5, electromagnetic pulse valve in the withstand frequency of 20Hz , the full amplitude of 2mm , which lasted 30min after the vibration should be able to work properly.
6. The working pressure of the electromagnetic pulse valve is 0.1-0.7MPa , and the medium is the gas after degreasing and dust removal.
7. When the working air pressure is 0.1MPa , the pulse valve can be closed.
8. Under the specified environmental conditions, the insulation resistance of the electromagnetic coil to the housing should not exceed the specified value.
