At the same time, it can realize multiple control of one machine, which greatly improves production efficiency.
According to the research results of experts in the field of CAD/CAM integration in recent years, combined with the inherent characteristics of automatic cutting of wire cutting, the automatic cutting system of microcomputer wire cutting based on AutoCAD environment was successfully developed. It has the following characteristics: (1) It can conveniently design the special parts of general parts and special parts such as cams and gears, and realize the automatic programming of 3B, 4B instructions and ISO code of part line cutting. (2) Serial communication between the computer and the wire-cutting machine can directly input the 3B, 4B and ISO codes converted into graphics into the machine microprocessor. When the program is input into the machine tool for processing, the computer can perform other work offline to realize multi-control of one machine, and realize the integration of CAD/CAM. (3) This system is developed based on the AutoCAD environment. Compared with the popular DOS version, it has the advantages of high efficiency and convenience, and is the future development direction.
