Single Screw Plastic Granulator for Washed PE, PP Film after Drying
This granulator is designed to process washed PE and PP films efficiently, producing high-quality pellets that can be directly reintegrated into the production line for blown film or pipe extrusion applications.
1. Pellets from In-House, Post-Industrial Recycling
Post-industrial waste typically accounts for 5% or more of the total production in many industries. In-house recycling is a crucial step to reduce the cost of raw materials. The recycled pellets produced from this process are almost as good as new and can be used to manufacture high-quality plastic products again.
2. Pellets from Post-Consumer Recycling
The ML two-stage plastic recycling granulator is also ideal for processing washed post-consumer and agricultural films. The cutter compactor generates heat during the compacting process, helping to dry the flakes further and remove moisture. These pellets can be reused in extrusion processes either as 100% recycled material (such as garbage bags, LDPE pipes) or mixed with virgin material to cut costs. The quality of the pellets can also be enhanced by adding masterbatch and additives directly during the process.

For water cooled chiller, water outlet temperature range could be 0C, -15C, -35C. If large cooling capacity, say above 300kW, we have 2 compressors design to make sure sufficient duty.
This type of water cooled chiller adopts a high-efficiency twin-screw compressor and is equipped with a high-efficiency shell-and-tube heat exchanger independently developed and manufactured, which is suitable for R22, R404A and other refrigerants. Heat recovery can be configured according to customer thermal energy requirements, applicable to pharmaceutical, chemical, electronic and other demanding places. Meanwhile, cooling duty ranges from 70kW to 2369kW with chilled water outlet temperature 5C~-35C.
