On September 19, the signing ceremony of the Hubei Central Corporation Deepening Cooperation Conference and Project was held. The Hubei Provincial Government signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with 14 central enterprises. The total investment in the agreement reached more than 520 billion yuan, of which 12 projects were worth more than 10 billion yuan. According to the report of the Three Gorges Evening News, Yichang City and Sinochem Fertilizer Holdings Co., Ltd. signed a project of the Fine Phosphorus Chemical Ecological Park. Sinochem Fertilizer will invest 12 billion yuan in Baiyang Industrial Park to build a fine-phosphorus chemical eco-park with an annual output of 1 million tons of fine chemical products such as phosphorus, magnesium, and fluorine.
