The start-up meeting of the 863 Program “Key Technology Research of High Pressure Common Rail Heavy Duty Diesel Engine †was held in Weichai Group. The launch of this project marks Weichai Group's comprehensive involvement in the original innovation and basic fields of electric control technology, post-processing technology, and application technology. It is understood that the "Key Technology Study of High-Pressure Common Rail Heavy Duty Diesel Engines" is the 863 plan project undertaken by Weichai Group during the "12th Five-Year Plan" period. This subject is affiliated to the modern transportation technology field and is under the management of the Technology Research and Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The entire project will be completed in 2014.
