In accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Education for the work of the Ministry of Education, in order to do a good job of the "Recommendation on the revision and improvement of the standard for reflective marking of the body and the safety of people's lives and property" (No. 3673), the representative of the 5th National People's Congress, Jin Zhengyu In order to handle the work, the Department of Equipment of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology communicated with the representatives and held a standard seminar on vehicle retroreflective devices on June 9, 2017 in Wuxi City (Jiangnan University) where Jin Zhengyu was represented. More than 30 representatives from 24 departments including China Automotive Technology Research Center, China Automobile Industry Association, China Automotive Engineering Society, Traffic Management Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security and major production enterprises attended the meeting.
The meeting mainly focused on the performance requirements involved in the standard of reflective marking of the body, whether the test method satisfies the traffic safety requirements, and how to effectively integrate and coordinate the standards. The representative of Jin Zhengyu introduced the recommendations in detail at the meeting, emphasizing the reflection. The importance of marking standards, it is recommended to further investigate and improve product technical requirements, and the participants conducted in-depth discussions. The meeting clearly agreed to fully listen to the opinions of the representatives, conduct a thorough investigation of the technical level and installation of domestic body reflective marking enterprises and products, and further enhance and refine the technical indicators, test methods and installation requirements on the basis of a large number of experimental verifications.
