The Weichai Power Co., Ltd. technology center innovation capacity building project was initiated by Weichai Power Co., Ltd. to improve the research and development capabilities of automotive engine electronic control technology, combustion technology, and reliability analysis. It is planned to build engine test research, electronic control, and complete vehicles. Matching research, diesel engine emission testing and other R&D platforms, with a total investment of 92.2 million yuan and a construction period of 2 years.

It supports the key experiments and construction of R&D facilities of key enterprise technology centers to build a basic support platform for independent innovation of enterprises.
