The technology was jointly developed by Tsinghua University, Beijing Yingde Qingda Technology Co., Ltd. and Yangmei Fengxi Fertilizer Industry. The single furnace processes 600 tons of raw coal and the gasifier operates at 4 MPa.

The water wall adopts a vertically suspended membrane-type wall structure, and the hydraulic circulation system adopts an intrinsically safe natural circulation design, through which The circulation operation ensures the safety of the water wall and avoids the complicated thermal expansion treatment. The water cooling structure of the process burner adopts an integral jacket type, which has a large cooling area and a good cooling effect. The service life of the burner is more than 140 days.
