Allow the wrecker engine to gradually increase from idle speed to maximum speed. When the engine is running, it should:
1) Keep the cooling water temperature normal. If the water temperature is too high, check:
1 The tension of the V-belt driving the water pump and the DC generator.
2 thermostats.
3 cooling water tank.
2) The oil pressure gauge should indicate normal under the heat engine and normal rotation speed.
3) Before shutting down, reduce the throttle and allow the engine to idle at least 1 min.
4) Attention should be paid when using at low temperature:
When the ambient temperature is 0°C, an appropriate amount of antifreeze containing anti-rust components should be added to the cooling water to protect the engine from oxygen corrosion. In other seasons, do not let go of the cooling water containing anti-rust agent, but replace it every two years.
5) Evacuate the air in the fuel system (CAVDPS dispensing pump)
1 Loosen the drain plug on the fuel filter.
2 Tighten the screw plug by hand pressing the manual fuel pump to pump oil until the spilled fuel has no bubbles.
