With the integration of a smart positioner, valve position sensor, electric control system, and microprocessor, this valve enables continuous position control and can also achieve continuous process control through internal functions (such as PID).
The U-ideal pneumatic angle seat valve is primarily manufactured using 316 stainless steel, making it ideal for use in industries such as beer production, textile printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, food processing machinery, rubber, organic and inorganic chemicals, disinfection and sterilization, and water treatment. It is suitable for media like water, liquid, gas, steam, and slightly corrosive liquids. Compared to electromagnetic valves, it offers better cost-effectiveness, safety, maintenance-free operation, and long service life.
Compared to traditional angle seat valves, this model features:

The IQ(D)60 series intelligent angle control valve uses a modular design and impact structure, making it suitable for high-pressure, high-viscosity, and granular fluid conditions, as well as environments with severe flashing, cavitation, or pipe direction changes.
Control valves are used to regulate parameters like flow, pressure, temperature, and liquid level by partially or fully opening/closing in response to signals from controllers that compare a "setpoint" to a "process variable."
