According to the elimination policy, all relevant departments of Xi'an will be given a subsidy of 18,000 yuan in accordance with the provincial and municipal subsidies for the yellow bells and old cars that have been restricted to pass for one year or more. The owner only needs to bring the vehicle registration certificate, driving license, valid owner ID card, passbook or organization certificate of the vehicle to submit the application. Within 15 working days after the completion of the vehicle cancellation procedure, the owner can receive the subsidy funds.
