The project is expected to have a construction period of 18 months and a total investment of about RMB 660 million. After the production is completed, it can add 150,000 tons/year of titanium-rich material production capacity. When it is completed and put into production, it can increase annual sales revenue by RMB1.11 billion.
Titanium-rich material is one of the main raw materials for the production of titanium dioxide. Titanium dioxide or titanium sponge is produced from titanium-rich materials, which has the advantages of less raw material consumption, simplified process flow, high equipment capacity, and less “three wastes†in the production process.
The Lithium Chloride Project currently under construction by Lililian requires a steady source of raw materials. Through the construction of a titanium-rich material production line, it can meet the requirements for raw materials of titanium dioxide in the chlorination process and provide high-quality titanium-rich materials for the sulfuric acid process titanium white.
