Third, the hammer mechanism is more optimized: each hammer plate is driven by a separate drive, the shaft drive makes the driving force acting on the hammer plate smaller, the force is more uniform and stable. The original belt drive mechanism was eliminated, and the hydraulic motor was directly driven. The structure was more compact and the maintenance was simpler.
Fourth, the vibration effect is better: Because each screed box is equipped with a separate vibrator and tamper mechanism, the vibration force is more uniform, which can better ensure the ironing effect.
