Drop-forged suspension and load hooks made from non-ageing, high-tensile steel. Hooks feature safety latches and can rotate 360 degrees. 6. Two-stage reduction gear system with hardened gears and pinions supported by roller bearings for improved performance. 7. Hardened load sheave with four precision-machined chain pockets and roller bearings for smooth operation. 8. Hand chain cover and slots ensure proper guidance of the hand chain. 9. Two guide rollers and one chain stripper help align the load chain accurately over the sheave. 10. Available G-80 zinc-plated RUD chain (Germany) or FEC chain (Japan) upon request. 11. Overload protection device available upon request and can be added later without issues. 12. Factory tested with overload, and a test certificate is provided with serial number and EC conformity declaration.
