Our copper cable wire granulator is designed for the efficient recycling of various scrap wires and cables, including copper, aluminum, telephone, USB, computer, and automobile wires. The machine can process materials with diameters ranging from 0.2mm to 20mm, achieving a copper separation rate of over 95%. It can handle single-core, double-core, and multi-core cables, whether twisted, tangled, or with or without plugs. For double-core and multi-core cables, the maximum diameter is 20mm, while for single-core wires, the minimum diameter is 0.2mm.
The copper granulator consists of a grinding host machine, an air flow sorting and collecting system, and a shaking part, along with a final dust collection bag or cyclone. This combination structure ensures dry processing without water, offering an environmentally friendly way to recycle scrap copper wires.
