Our copper cable wire granulator is designed to efficiently recycle various types of scrap communication wires and cables, including copper wire, aluminum wire, telephone wire, USB wire, computer wire, and waste automobile wire. The machine can process materials with diameters ranging from 0.2mm to 20mm, achieving a copper separation rate of over 95%. It's capable of handling single-core, double-core, or multi-core cables, whether twisted, tangled, or with or without plugs. The maximum diameter for double-core and multi-core cables is 20mm, while the minimum diameter for single-core wires is 0.2mm.
The granulator operates through a dry production process, utilizing air flow sorting and shaking parts, along with a dust collection system. This eco-friendly method ensures efficient recycling of scrap copper wire without water usage.

Our copper granulator production line includes:
1. Pre-shredder – For initial crushing of raw materials before secondary processing.
2. Second Crushing – An essential step that crushes the material into smaller pieces (3-5mm) before separation.
3. Copper and Plastic Separation – Utilizes air and vibration to separate copper from plastic.
4. Dust Collecting System – Designed to capture all dust generated during the process.
