At low temperatures, the viscosity of the lubricant is high and the lubrication is not satisfactory. The gap between the piston and the cylinder, the gap between the bearing and the gear gap are all reduced, which accelerates wear. At the same time, unburned fuel scours cylinder liners and damages the oil film, resulting in poor lubrication, and wear of cylinder liners, pistons, and piston rings is accelerated. Fuel can not be completely burned, it will reduce economic efficiency and increase pollution. The long-term operation of diesel engines at temperatures below 60 degrees Celsius will cause the engine to gel due to incomplete combustion, that is, gums will adhere to the combustion chamber, valves, and injectors, affecting engine performance.


    If the temperature of the cooling water of the suction truck is too high, the temperature of the lubricating oil will rise and become too thin, and it will be difficult to form a lubricating film with the auxiliary surface, and semi-dry friction or even dry friction will occur. At the same time, because the cylinder temperature is too high, the cylinder wall oil is easy to scorch and deposit carbon, which promotes accelerated wear of the components. In severe cases, it can cause accidents such as pulling cylinders, holding shafts, and burning tiles.


    Suspension truck manufacturers many years of tests show that when the car cooling water temperature is 40-50 degrees Celsius, the engine wear increased by 60% -80%, power decreased by 25%, fuel consumption increased 8% -10%. Therefore, the temperature of the engine cooling water is not as low as possible, and should generally be controlled between 80-90 degrees Celsius.
