Factory Oxygen Generator Oxygen Concentrator1. Principle:
The PSA oxygen generator utilizes clean compressed air as the raw material and zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS) as the adsorbent to produce high-purity oxygen gas using Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology at normal temperature. Compared to oxygen, nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed by ZMS under high pressure. At low pressure, the ZMS releases the adsorbed nitrogen, which is known as regeneration. Oil-free and dust-free compressed air enters one of two adsorption towers filled with ZMS. Nitrogen is absorbed into the micro-pores of the ZMS, while oxygen exits as the product gas. When the ZMS in one tower becomes saturated with nitrogen, the tower is depressurized, allowing the ZMS to regenerate for the next cycle. While one tower completes its cycle, the other starts working. The PLC controls the on/off state of the pneumatic valves to separate nitrogen and oxygen gas, ensuring a continuous flow of oxygen with the desired purity.

Special Gas Distributors
Equipped at both the top and bottom of the adsorption tower, these distributors use a multi-layer hole plate structure and special hole arrangement to ensure more efficient gas distribution within the tower.
Pipeline Flow Speed Control Technology
This technology prevents damage to the molecular sieve caused by collisions during the "boiling" process at the top of the adsorption tower, eliminating the need for additional pressing devices.
