It is reported that as the first step in the implementation of the import strategy, the launch of the new Stralis Hi-Way, the new Trakker and the Eurocargo will be followed by the three main trucks.
According to Iveco China, the new Stralis Hi-Way can significantly reduce the cost of product use, and statistics show that the cost of using the car can be reduced by more than 4% in conventional transportation tasks. As an important component of the heavy-duty vehicle series, the new Trakker is a professional vehicle that operates under harsh road conditions. After being equipped with a long-life Cursor engine, the new Trakker can operate continuously for 365 days a year. Urban special-purpose vehicle modification expert Eurocargo can realize more than ten thousand kinds of configuration combinations in the cab, transmission, engine, wheelbase, drive mode, etc., to achieve "tailored customization" for Chinese customers.
It is understood that as one of the four pillars of Iveco's global strategy, the establishment of Iveco China has created preconditions for the rapid development of China's imported truck market; at the same time, as an important executor of China's strategy and business, Iveco China shoulders European production. The high-end commercial vehicle products are brought into the Chinese market, and the Iveco joint venture's products are exported to overseas markets through Iveco's global sales network. It is expected that within 2-3 years, Iveco will set up a sales and after-sales service network in major cities across the country, and at the same time conduct various forms of cooperation with existing mature networks of Nanjing Iveco and SAIC Iveco Hongyan.
