On June 23, 2008, Lianyungang Sanjili Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. filed an application for the dumping and dumping margin mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures applicable to catechol produced in the United States to the Ministry of Commerce, requesting that the U.S. manufacturers and exports be recalculated. The mid-term review investigation should normally be completed within 12 months from the date of review of the case, that is, before July 29, 2009.
