According to reports, the two ships were built for the Greek Midway Shipping and Trading Company. The ship type was designed by the Shanghai Ship Design Institute. The total length of the ship is 189.99 meters, the width is 32.26 meters, the height is 18 meters, and the draft is 11.3 meters. In recent years, Qingshan Shipyard has successively undertaken four series of export vessels of 18,500,000 tons of duplex stainless steel chemical tankers, 3,750 tons of electric propulsion tankers, 12,000 tons of bulk carriers and 1100TEU container ships.
