Copper Wire Recycling Machine Introduction:
The JLF series copper wire recycling machine is designed for efficiently processing waste communication cables, car cables, motor cables, and other industrial cables. This equipment combines crushing and separation technology, along with a high-efficiency dust collection system, to produce clean copper and plastic pellets. The JLF-400-1 model (capacity: 80-100kg/h) is ideal for small-scale factories or new customers starting in the wire recycling business. Its compact design saves space and makes it easy to move and operate. Only one operator is needed to manage the entire system.
1. Crushing System: The first step in the recycling process involves a crusher equipped with 14 moving blades that cut scrap copper wires into small pellets of 5-8mm, depending on the raw material size.
2. Screen: Located inside the vibrating separator, this screen helps separate copper pellets from mixed materials. It features different-sized holes, allowing users to choose the appropriate size based on the raw material.
3. Blades: There are 12 moving blades inside the machine.
4. Output Copper Pellet: After being separated by the vibrator, copper pellets go through a second vibration process for further refinement. This ensures nearly 100% purity of copper pellets.
5. Output Plastic Pellet: Similarly, plastic pellets undergo a second separation using a small vibrator to achieve high purity.
6. Small Vibrator: Two small vibrators are used for secondary separation of both copper and plastic pellets.

Copper Wire Recycling Machine Working Principle:
| Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are crushed and the plastic sheath is completely separated from the copper. The length of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the riddle—larger mesh sizes result in longer pieces and higher output. The mesh should be selected according to the material type during production. |
| The crushed material (a mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces) is conveyed to the separator via a conveyor. During this process, dust and some lightweight plastic fragments (including fibers, ropes, or tapes mixed in the wires) are collected by a pressure-reducing blower. The opening of the blower is connected to the dust collector, which uses a dust collection bag to prevent dust discharge, ensuring environmental protection. Dust and some lightweight plastic fragments are collected in the bag and discharged when full. |

The separator is used to separate plastic pieces and copper granules. Based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity, there is a deviation in specific gravity under the influence of aerodynamic forces and vibration friction. By adjusting the conveying speed and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom of the riddle and travel upward, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) move above the copper granules and travel downward. Both are finally discharged through different openings. Â |
