Copper Wire Recycling Machine Introduction:
The JLF series copper wire recycling machine is designed for efficiently processing waste household communication cables, car cables, motor cables, and other industrial cables. This machine includes a crushing and separating system along with a high-efficiency dust collection system to produce clean copper pellets and plastic pellets. The JLF-400-1 model (capacity: 80-100kg/h) is ideal for small-scale factories or new customers starting in the wire recycling business. It features a compact structure, takes up minimal space, and is easy to move and operate. Only one operator is needed to manage the entire system.
1. Crushing System: The first step in the recycling process, the crusher contains 14 moving blades that cut scrap copper wires into small pellets of approximately 5-8mm (depending on the raw material size).
2. Screen: Located inside the vibrating separator, it helps separate copper pellets from mixed materials. Different hole sizes are available for customization based on the raw material.
3. Blades: There are 12 moving blades inside the machine.
4. Output Copper Pellet: After passing through the vibrator, the copper pellets enter a second small vibrator for secondary separation. With this machine, you can achieve almost 100% purity copper pellets.
5. Output Plastic Pellet: Plastic pellets also undergo secondary separation using a small vibrator to ensure high purity.
6. Small Vibrator: Two small vibrators are included for copper and plastic separation, ensuring efficient sorting.

Copper Wire Recycling Machine Parts & Related Machines:
The main spare parts include the screen and moving blades. Normally, we provide an extra set of spare parts, which includes 1 screen and 12 blades for the JLF-400 copper wire granulator. We also recommend appropriate related machines based on the raw material to achieve optimal recycling results.
Pre-treatment Machines:
1. Cable Stripper: If dealing with large multi-strand copper wires, it's better to separate the cores before feeding them into the granulator.
2. Double Shaft Crusher: For long raw materials, cutting them into smaller pieces before granulating is beneficial.
3. Blade Sharpening Machine: Blades need maintenance after prolonged use to maintain sharpness.
4. Magnetic Conveyor: If there is a small amount of iron mixed in the copper wire, a magnetic conveyor can be added to remove the iron, resulting in higher purity.
5. Belt Conveyor: Supplied for customers requiring fully automatic copper wire feeding.

Copper Wire Recycling Machine Working Principle:
Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are crushed and the plastic sheath is completely separated from the copper. The length of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the riddle—larger meshes result in longer crushed material and higher output. The mesh should be selected according to the type of material during production. |
The crushed material (a mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces) is conveyed to the separator by the conveyor. During this process, dust and light-weight plastic pieces (including fiber, rope, or tapes mixed in the wires) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. The opening of the pressure-reducing blower is connected to the dust collector, which uses a dust collection bag to prevent dust discharge, protecting the environment. Dust and some light-weight plastic pieces are collected in the bag and discharged when full. |
The separator is used to separate plastic pieces and copper granules. Based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity between materials, there is a deviation under the forces of aerodynamics and vibration friction. By adjusting the conveying speed and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with larger specific gravity) will move to the bottom of the riddle and go from bottom to top, while plastic pieces (with smaller specific gravity) will move to the top of the copper granules and go from top to bottom. Eventually, both are discharged through different openings. Â |
