    The classification of chloroprene rubber sheets mainly includes universal, specialized, and chloroprene latex.
    Universal chloroprene rubber:
    Divided into sulfur regulated type (G type) and non sulfur regulated type (W type).
    G-type chloroprene rubber uses sulfur as a relative molecular weight regulator and thiuram as a stabilizer, with a relative molecular weight of about 100000 and a wide distribution of relative molecular weight. This type of rubber product has good physical and mechanical properties, especially in terms of resilience, tear strength, and resistance to bending and cracking, which are better than W-type. It has a fast vulcanization speed and can be vulcanized with metal oxides. During processing, its elasticity recovery is low, and its molding adhesion is good, but it is prone to burning and has the phenomenon of sticking to rollers.
    W-type chloroprene rubber uses dodecanethiol as a relative molecular weight regulator during polymerization, hence it is also known as thiol regulated chloroprene rubber. Its relative molecular weight is around 200000, with a narrow distribution of relative molecular weight, a more regular molecular structure than G-type, higher crystallinity, poor viscosity during molding, and slow vulcanization rate.
    Specialized chloroprene rubber:
    Including adhesive type and other special purpose types. Adhesive chloroprene rubber is widely used as an adhesive due to its low polymerization temperature, which increases the content of trans-1,4 structure, makes the molecular structure more regular, has high crystallinity, and high cohesion, resulting in high adhesive strength.
    Chlorobutyl latex:
    Divided into general latex and specialized latex. Universal latex is suitable for general use, while specialized latex is customized according to specific requirements.
