The TONGDA TXD611 series of high-speed and high-performance aluminum plug spinning spindles are designed for modern textile machinery. These spindles are equipped with the CS-68 insert, a unique component developed by our company. The CS-68 insert combines a roller neck bearing and a convex footstep bearing. The convex footstep bearing features a hydrodynamic radial bearing and an axial thrust bearing to handle axial forces. With an inner diameter of 6.8mm, the design allows for a smaller whorl diameter, making the blade shorter and more rigid. This enhances stability and performance under high-speed conditions.

The aluminum rod is made from high-strength and superhard aluminum alloy, securely held by the spindle blade and wharve from both inside and outside. It offers excellent rigidity, preventing loosening or movement and effectively resisting external impact deformation. The spindle insert includes reliable axial overload protection, ensuring it can withstand impacts without subsidence. It is ideal for push-down pipe insertion in integral auto-doffing systems. The optimized yarn cutter design increases doffing yarn reserve rates, while the use of a yarn gripper enables zero winding and no end yarns during doffing. The precise fit between the spindle bolster and the spinning frame rail ensures good verticality, allowing for non-correction installation.
