By around 4:05 PM, they managed to knock down the flames and clear the scene. Unfortunately, due to the Lake County Sheriff blocking off Chardon Road, I wasn't able to get the best angles for my shots. But I still captured some images that give you an idea of how intense this fire was. I’ve also included a photo of Grayslake Fire Station #3, although it’s not the clearest shot. It was quite a sight to see all the firefighters working hard to control the situation. They really put in a lot of effort, especially with such dry conditions.
