Xichai divided its activities into three stages: "learning, research, analysis, inspection, and rectification." In line with the theme of “strengthening confidence, promoting development, and overcoming difficulties,” the company focused on several critical areas such as corporate culture innovation, operational efficiency improvement, quality enhancement, product development speed, procurement optimization, cost control, and marketing planning. The CA6DL Aowei models continue to provide strong support, excelling in both the heavy truck and passenger car markets, winning several competitions and establishing a strong brand presence. Despite the challenges posed by changing market demands and model variations, Xichai’s workshops and departments have remained focused, overcoming obstacles and maximizing production capacity to meet demand.
