Product Description:
Five-Column Three-Effect Distillation Process:
Our company designs and manufactures the latest Five-Column Three-Effect Distillation equipment. This advanced process builds upon traditional five-column differential-pressure columns and is primarily used for ultra-pure alcohol production.
The key feature of this process is the heating method, where steam directly heats one column and transfers heat to the other four, achieving three-effect thermal coupling and energy-saving benefits.
In terms of electricity efficiency, it can save up to 50% power and reduce maintenance on circulation pumps while extending the life of reboilers.
Double-Mash-Column Three-Effect Distillation Process:
This process is suitable for general-grade alcohol and fuel ethanol production. It has been awarded a Chinese national patent and is the only successful application of a double-mash column with three-effect in the world.
The process consists of a mash column, rectification column, and composite column, with the composite column serving both functions.
The heating method involves direct steam heating of one column, transferring heat to the other two, resulting in three-effect thermal coupling and energy savings.
This process saves over 40% steam, making it highly efficient.

Production Capability:
