A few additional notes:
Since January 1, 2013, due to budget constraints, Truck 52 has been operating out of Station 51. The Reserve Engine 52 was relocated to Station 52 and serves as the first-out engine there. Due to space limitations at Station 51, the Squad was also moved to Station 52, along with the Reserve Ambulance 53.
Also, our 2012 Ambulance 534 was renumbered to Ambulance 51 to align with our updated call numbers after it received warranty paint work.
Here’s a photo of our new brush truck. It’s a 2015 Ford F-350 Super Duty extended cab. It will be equipped with a Darley Fast Attack skid unit featuring a 300-gallon water tank, a 10-gallon foam tank, and a 100-foot, 1-inch booster reel. It will also double as our snow plow during the winter months. I’ll share more photos once the attack unit is installed.
