Exploring the development of CNC in special environment

    The surface numerical control cutting scheme proposed in this paper is based on a large number of actual production process parameters provided by the manufacturer. After intensive analysis and calculation, the complex synthetic motion is decomposed into several simple decomposition movements, and finally through program control and machinery. The transmission, through the linkage movement, fits the intersection line of the actual rotating body, thereby realizing the surface CNC cutting processing. Industrial control unit, equipped with motherboard SSC-5x86 day short card, cpU5x86/133MHZ, memory SM, industrial control hard disk, 4M floppy drive, color display, power supply ^0E-ZOA; electric drive part adopts stepper motor with subdivision step The motor driver and solenoid valve are driven by relay; the signal acquisition part adopts non-contact proximity switch (spindle zero position/radius adjustment zero position/lifting zero position/pendulum zero position/probe); the remote control part adopts industrial control keypad and A hand-held remote control box with a combination of buttons and indicator lights is shown in the attached drawing.

    The software system software is compiled in the DOS environment, adopting the full Chinese graphic interface. In the automatic processing, attention should be paid to the execution schedule of the degree. When the software is compiled, the underlying function should be used more to improve the running speed of the software. Since four-axis linkage is required, the interpolation of four-axis linkage (linear interpolation, curve compensation) needs careful scrutiny. At the same time, since the cutting work is in a polar coordinate environment, in order to ensure a constant cutting speed, during interpolation. Also consider the impact on the machining speed, but also the impact of the radius change on the machining speed.

    The software design realizes six functions: parameter input, manual operation, zero-seeking operation, teaching operation, machining operation, software self-test. In addition to the above functions, it must also have the function of free-range fast function and human intervention during automatic cutting, and Open control parameters (such as the length of the torch, the kerf compensation value and Other parameters). The process technology completes the work of cutting the radial hole, the inclined boring hole and opening the K-shaped groove on the cone shell, and has high requirements in terms of mechanical structure, transmission precision, repeated motion precision, etc., so the transmission can pass the lead screw Transmission and harmonic drive are implemented. During operation, the x-direction drive motor drives the trapezoidal screw to make a rotary motion, and the rotary motion is converted into a linear motion by the nut, that is, the linear motion along the guide light bar is used to drive the transmission to the transmission, and the drive motor is coupled. The shaft drive harmonic reducer performs the rotary motion, and then drives the spindle rotary shaft after deceleration, and inputs a large torque to make the whole core rotate. The transmission is the same as the x-direction transmission for vertical movement. The principle of the transmission is the same as that of the slanting transmission, and the cutting moment is used for the posture adjustment movement. According to the transmission principle, the transmission system assembly in all directions is formed to realize the requirements of the actual working conditions. To truly complete the cutting work, the pneumatic system assembly and the teaching system assembly must be added. There are still some specific problems in the technology that need to be solved, such as gas supply, ignition problems, preheating time issues, etc., which need to be solved in the control part according to the actual situation of the manufacturer.

    The above-mentioned main problems of surface CNC cutting have been comprehensively expounded. This program has achieved initial results through a large number of research and experiments, and has begun to put into practice in the shipyard and achieved good results. Of course, the implementation of CNC cutting technology on more complex surfaces is a subject that needs further research.
