Description:
The LGP250/350/100PI-D grout equipment is a hydraulically driven system that combines a mixer, agitator, and grout pump into one compact unit. It's specifically designed for continuous cement mixing and grouting in ground or underground engineering projects. This equipment can quickly mix water, cement, and additives, and then store the slurry in a 350-liter agitator, allowing for uninterrupted mixing operations.
Feature:
1. Compact design with mixer, agitator, and piston grout pump integrated on a single frame;2. Equipped with Yuken relief and directional valves for the hydraulic system of the grout pump;
3. Butterfly valves for both the mixer and agitator;
4. Oil temperature gauge automatically controls the cooler fan to maintain normal operating temperatures; if the temperature becomes too high, the machine will stop automatically;
5. Easy operation and maintenance;
6. Certified with ISO, CE, and SGS standards.
