It consists of several key components including a crusher, crushed material channel, vibrating separator, air blower, dust collector, and underbed.

Motor Copper Wire Granulator Processing Procedures:
  1. Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are broken down and the plastic sheath is separated from the copper. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve. Larger mesh sizes result in longer pieces and higher output, which should be adjusted based on the material type during production.
  2. The resulting mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces is transported to the separator via a conveyor. During this process, dust and lightweight plastic fragments (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. These are then filtered through a dust collection bag, which prevents environmental pollution. The collected dust and plastic are discharged when the bag is full.
  3. The vibrating separator is used to separate plastic pieces from copper granules. This is done by exploiting differences in physical properties and specific gravity. By adjusting the conveying speed and vibration amplitude, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom of the sieve and upward, while lighter plastic pieces move to the top and downward. Both materials are eventually discharged through separate openings.
  4. All components are mounted on a base frame, forming a compact and complete system. The machine is pre-adjusted before shipping, so the customer only needs to connect it to the power supply to start operation.
