    Motor Copper Wire Granulator Features: 
    The motor copper wire granulator is designed for efficient recycling of scrap copper wires and cables, including automobile, communication, and other types of copper wires. It helps recover valuable copper by separating it from the plastic sheath. The system consists of a crusher, material channel, vibrating separator, air blower, dust collector, and underbed.

    This machine is ideal for crushing and separating copper cables. It is suitable for processing copper wires with diameters ranging from 0.3 to 20 mm.

    Motor Copper Wire Granulator Processing Procedures:
    1. Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are broken down and separated into copper and plastic. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve—larger mesh results in longer pieces and higher output. Mesh size should be selected based on the type of material being processed.
    2. The mixed material (copper granules and plastic pieces) is transported to the separator via a conveyor. During this process, dust and lightweight plastics (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. The blower is connected to a dust collector that uses a dust bag to prevent environmental pollution. Dust and some lightweight plastics are collected in the bag and discharged when full.
    3. The vibrating separator separates plastic and copper granules based on their physical properties and specific gravity. By adjusting the conveying speed and amplitude, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom, while lighter plastic pieces move to the top. They are then discharged through separate outlets.
    4. All components are mounted on the underbed, forming a complete structure. The machine is pre-adjusted before shipping, so the customer only needs to connect it to the power supply.
